Go Green Smoothie by Lynn

For a morning blast of sweet, energizing goodness–add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 handful of swiss chard, kale, or dandelion greens
  • juice from one lime
  • 1 TBSP of powdered Stevia
  • 1 1/2 cups pure water

Your body will LOVE you!
